Still on the subject of finding a job, many thanks for all the great contributions in the past week on the options available to fresh graduates.

Let's talk about the employability factor, so how important is this to find a job? Shout out to Adewale Ajenifuja, MSc. , PRINCE2, LSSBB, ISTQB, who defined his contribution as "the employable graduate". He triggered the next discourse. I have a few questions to get us started.

Obtaining a university degree and perhaps a masters degree, does this automatically make you "employable'?

What is employability, and how important is this to find a job?
